PowerPivot Error: user is not a farm administrator - Fix

Fix:

Open Central Admin

Go to View All Site Collections

Select Central Admin Root site collection,

Add the Domain Account as Site Collection Administrator.

Now run the PowerPivot Configuration Tool. It will open without any issues
