Project Server 2013 is built on SharePoint Server 2013. Project Server 2013 runs as a service application under SharePoint Server 2013
Download Project Server from http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/hh973403(v=msdn.10).aspx
Copy the software on all App Servers.
On the Project Server 2013 DVD, run default.hta.
Click on Install Project Server
Enter Product Key, Click Install.
Click Next, Next, Finish
Verify upgrade status in Central Administration
Note: The Project Server 2013 software must be installed on each application server in the farm before you can run the SharePoint Products Configuration Wizard to integrate Project Server with SharePoint Server 2013.
