We use CPM for the the claim processing system. Once the interaction is started and the claim is searched, we show the screen attached. In that first 'Account Home' tab is composite and the second tab is an 'Intent Task'. We have got a new requirement to show another intent task when this screen renders and business dont want to launch another Intent task via 'Actions' link. is there a way to do it? Version CPM 7.1 (Not the Pega customer service one)
I read multiple articles and watched many videos about how to use this tool - and was still confused! Your instructions were easy to understand and made the process simple.
Mi Amigo! You make learning so effortless. Anyone can follow you and I would not mind following you to the moon coz I know you are like my north star.
Just noticed that this functionality is deprecated in Pega Customer Service 7.3.1 (7.3.1 release notes, page 19), with plans to remove the Pega tutorial in a later release. Do we have any further information regarding this?I (and my customer) would be interested to know the driver to remove this and whether an alternative out of the box solution is planned for delivery. Super likes !!! for this amazing post. I thinks everyone should bookmark this.
Hip Hip Hooray! I was always told that slightly slow in the head, a slow learner. Not anymore! It’s like you have my back. I can’t tell you how much I’ve learnt here and how easily! Thank you for blessing me with this effortlessly ingestible digestible content. Pega tutorial USA
I'm new in Pega Robotics and starting to make a bot. I would like to ask some help. I'm creating a bot wherein in a web page there's a table. The number of rows is not fix and inside the row there's a link. I have an input data item wherein if the value of data item is equal to the text value of link then bot will click the link.
Anyways great write up, your efforts are much appreciated.
Nice to be visiting your blog again, it has been months for me. Well this article that i’ve been waited for so long.
While running connect-soap, if any exception occurs then how can we know that the exception is caused due to soap service or web service Pega tutorial . I was familiar about soap faults and transition step. Anyone please does let me know if possible with an example.
