It worked for me....
Navigate to Internet Explorer –> Tools –> Internet Options –> General tab.
Under Browsing history, click on the Delete button and check everything.
Click on the Delete button to clear all the cache
Reset Internet Explorer Settings,
click on Tools then Internet Options.
The Internet Options screen opens
Click on the Advanced tab, then under Reset Internet Explorer settings
Check Delete Personal Settings, Click Reset button.
