How to enable popups in IE, Chrome, FireFox Browsers

Internet Explorer:

Click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Click to clear Block pop-ups to turn Pop-up Blocker off

Chrome:

Settings -> Show advanced settings ->  click the Content settings button -> select "Allow all sites to show pop-ups"

FireFox:

Tools -> Options -> Go to Content Tab -> Uncheck disable the pop-up blocker option
