If you are getting an error: "Content from the Web site listed below is being blocked by the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration" when you access sites: 

Here is the solution

Windows Server 2008

• Go to Server Manager
• Click the top item in the tree labeled "Server Manager"
• Go to "Security Information"
• Look for "Configure IE ESC" 
• Select Off for both Administrators and Users
• Save changes
• Close all Internet Explorer browsers
• Open and browse it

Windows Server 2012

• Go to Server Manager 
• Select Local Server
• On the right pane, in the Properties section 
• Find item item in the second column
• Modify the Security Configuration settings from On to Off
• Click Ok to save your changes
• Close all Internet Explorer browsers
• Open and browse it
